Pricing
Clear limits, no overage charges, priced in USD
Every plan uses the same redirect engine, the same analytics and the same QR codes. What differs is the usage limits and the advanced features. Paid plans include the REST API.

Paddle is the merchant of record and adds any sales tax or VAT due in your country at checkout. Free subdomains on cliqly.dev are capped at 3 per organisation and require email verification — the “Domains” limit above applies to domains you own and connect by DNS.

Frequently asked
Quotas, cancellation and refunds
Each answer below summarises a binding legal document and links to the clause it comes from. Where the two read differently, the legal document governs.
What happens when my plan’s quota runs out?
Existing links keep serving traffic. We do not switch off a running campaign because a usage number was passed — QR codes already printed and links already shared keep working.
What stops is creating new ones: a request to create a link or add a domain is refused with 402 quota_exceeded until usage is back under the limit — at the next billing period, or immediately after you move up a plan. We warn you when click usage reaches 80% of the plan limit.
There are no overage charges. Passing a quota never produces an automatic extra bill.
Does the Free plan expire?
No. The Free plan lasts as long as the account is used in line with the Terms of Service. There is no trial that runs out, no expiry date, and no card quietly charged after some period — a Free account never reaches the payment system at all.
Two limits worth knowing: free subdomains on cliqly.dev are capped at 3 per organisation and require email verification, and the rate limit on creating links is tighter on the Free plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From Billing in the dashboard, one button, with nobody to contact. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, not immediately: paid access — including every link and domain already running — stays active until the end date shown on the Billing page.
After that date the organisation drops to the Free plan and the Free limits apply. Links above the Free limit are not deleted; what is restricted is creating new ones. You can resume at any time before that date at no extra cost.
More detail in the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
What is the refund policy?
Because cancelling does not cut access short, there is no refund for the remainder of the current period and no part-month refunds. You keep using what you have paid for until it runs out.
We do refund billing errors — a double charge, an amount that does not match the published price, or a charge on a subscription cancelled before its renewal date. Raise it within 14 calendar days of the invoice date at support@cliqly.dev.
Once approved, the money is processed within 5 working days, and then arrives on the payment channel’s own schedule: 5–14 working days, following the issuer’s cycle for cards, 3–7 working days for PayPal, and 5–14 working days, following the underlying card for wallet payments. Details in the Refunds Policy.
What do I gain by paying yearly?
A yearly bill is charged for 10 months and gives 12 months of service — exactly two months free. We state it that way rather than as a rounded percentage. Moving from monthly to yearly starts a new billing period.
Is the REST API included in my plan?
The REST API is included in every paid plan — Hobby, Pro, Team and Enterprise. You mint API keys yourself in the dashboard, with scopes per key. Endpoint summaries and example requests are on the API page.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed by Paddle on Paddle’s own checkout. The methods available — credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay — are shown there when you pay. Card numbers never pass through Cliqly’s servers and are never stored by us; all we keep is the card brand, the last four digits and the expiry month and year, to show on the Billing page.
Can I move down a plan?
Yes, as long as your usage fits inside the target plan’s limits. If it does not, the dashboard names the number that is blocking it — the domain count or the seat count, say — so you know exactly what to reduce first. We never delete your data to make a downgrade go through.
Start on the Free plan
5 links, 50,000 clicks a month and 1 domain — no card, no expiry. Move up whenever you need the REST API or larger limits.
